RARE volume of 1946 law reports in British-ruled Palestine. 240x175mm. XXIII+712 pages. Quarter-cloth brown Hardcover with gilt spine. Cover corners rubbed. Spine slightly dirty. Spine edges bumped, upper edge slightly worn. Ex-library book with small stamp on inner cover and whitepages upper corner, title and last pages, and text block edge. Red pencil underlining on some pages. Small stickers on some page edges (the stickers specify when and where a relevant case was quoted). Text block edges and pages yellowing. [SUMMARY]: This extremely rare book, of interest to any serious student of history and/or law of the British mandate era in Palestine, is otherwise in good condition.
