Blue cloth rebound Hardcover with gilt lettering on spine. Cover and spine rubbed and stained. Rear cover upper corner and spine yellowing. Spine edges bumped. Stamp on front whitepage bottom corner. Small green pencil cross-mark on page 4 (blank page). Title page, inner cover and several pages slightly age-stained. Pages yellowing. [SUMMARY]: This extremely rare book is otherwise in good condition.
