RARE compilation of numerous issues of "Jüdische Jugendblätter" bound together. These German Jewish Periodicals were issued from 1919 until 1926 (7 years), each first issue starts with an index of the whole year volume. Several articles with quotes from these periodicals can be found in the internet. This book includes mainly the issues from Jahrgang 2, 3 and 4, and single issue from Jahrgang 1. 220x155mm. 16+IV+184+IV+144+9(170-178)+178+II+144+15 pages (last issue paginated 114-128). Marbled board Hardcover. Cover edges and corners slightly worn. Few worm-marks on front cover upper corner (the holes do not penetrate the pages!). Tipp-ex writing on spine. Ex-library copy with usual marks. Library stamps on front inner cover and first page of each issue. Inscription on inner cover and some title pages. Single wormhole penetrates some pages bottom corner near binding - NO damage to text. Binding loose Several pages detached from binding. The order of the last issues is contorted: After the issues 1-7 (of volume 4) follows the issue 10, then 9 and 8, instead of 8, 9, 10. Some pages age-stained. Pages yellowing. [SUMMARY]: This extremely rare compilation of an influential German Jewish periodical has sustained some damage, but is still in good reading condition.
