Marbled page edges. Cover and spine worn. Cover corners and edges peeling. Rear cover slightly peeled. Spine edges partly missing (peeled), spine hinges cracked and peeling. 2 stickers on front inner cover, small sticker on rear inner cover. Title-page edge slightly (10mm) torn, lightly stained and wrinkled. Binding visible on rear inner cover. small hole and sticker residue on rear whitepage. Several pages dog-eared. Pages yellowing and age-stained. [SUMMARY]: This rare 18th-century edition of all-time favorite children`s classic, exquisitely illustrated, has suffered some damage to its cover, but is still in good condition for its age.
