Softcover. Cover wrinkled and slightly stained, cover edges and corners worn. Small sticker on front cover bottom corner, small pen writing on rear cover bottom corner. Cover partly loose from binding. Spine bottom third and spine upper edges. Title-page partly detached from binding. Previous owner`s pen-written name and stamps on title-page and extreme pages upper corner. Pen marks on pages 21-22. Outer edge slightly (10mm) torn on three last pages. Some pages dog-eared. Pages yellowing, several page edges slightly dirty (no damage to text). [SUMMARY]: This extremely rare book, of interest to anyone dealing with law and history of British mandate era, has suffered some external damage to cover, but is still in good reading condition.
