Green cloth Hardcover with gilt lettering on spine. Sticker residues on front cover and spine bottom part. Cover stained. Cover and spine edges slightly bumped. Rear cover corner bumped. Spine edges worn. Pen inscription on front whitepage and title page. Ex-library copy with stamp on front whitepage, title page, and pages 27, 59 and 107 bottom corner. Pages 51-58 bottom corner wrinkled. Small pen mark near text on page 10. Inner cover and several extreme pages age-stained. Pages yellowing and rough-cut (as published), some pages slightly age-stained. [SUMMARY]: This extremely rare book on legal status of foreigners in the dissolution period of the Ottoman Empire by noted authority in the field is in good condition.
