The first book, "Sepher Ha-Teamim" (book of reasons) deals with astrology and mathematics. The book also features several pages out of "Safa Berura" (clear language) which describes principles of Hebrew grammar. The book is prefaced and extensively annotated by Israeli historian and philologist Naftali Ben Menachem. 210x135mm. XIX+62 pages. Hardcover with black lettering. Cover stained and slightly curved. Cover corners and edges bumped and worn. Spine missing. Binding broken/almost detached between pages VI-VII. Pencil/pan notes and underlining throughout the pages. Few pages slightly age-stained/stained - NO damage to text. Pages browning. [SUMMARY]: This rare limited edition of medieval Jewish classic treatise is otherwise in good condition.
