Dedication dated December 1996 is in Hebrew and addressed to Moshe Barasch (1920-2004) - the first Israeli art historian to attain worldwide recognition and founder of the Art History department at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he was Professor Emeritus. 240x160mm. 240 pages. Green cloth Hardcover with red dust-jacket. Gilt spine. Jacket spine and hinges faded. Rear cover upper corner and fore edge bumped. Front cover upper corner slightly bumped. Spine edges bumped. Few pages upper corner very slightly wrinkled. [SUMMARY]: This extremely rare book of writings by one of the most influential 20th-century Jewish artists, bearing his signed dedication, is in good condition.
