This 1920 map was prepared for the proposal of the construction of water-works throughout Palestine by Pinhas Rutenberg, a civil engineer who also founded the precursor of the Israeli Electrical Company. The map is in English, and shows data on proposed pipelines, waterways, train routes, and power stations.
