The pages are divided into three portions: the uppermost is the original Greek text, the middle portion is Peruscius` Latin translation, and the lower portion is the editor`s notes (in Latin). The book includes the following texts: "Aristotelis Physiognomonicon", "Polemonis Physiognomonicon", "Adamantii Sophistae Physiognomonicon", and "Melampodis, ex Palpitationibus Divinatio et De Naevis Oleaceis".
