A mid-18th century annotated edition of "Shevet Mussar", a collection of homilies on ethics, charity, piety and faith, originally written during the early 18th century by rabbi Elijah Cohen in Ismir. This edition includes the imprimatur of Nathaniel Ashkenazi Weil, chief rabbi of Prague. 205x170mm, 95 double pages. No cover. Title page slightly bumped at edges. Tape traces on last page. Worm holes throughout the book. Aside from the aforementioned wear, this 250 year old Shevet Mussar is in good condition for reading.
