Cover corners and bottom edge, and spine edges peeling. Binding coming loose on front inner cover. Binding visible between few pages. Wormhole/worm-mark on rear inner cover and page 175/176 (contents page) - NO damage to text. Several pages upper corner wrinkled. Some pages and maps age-stained. Pages yellowing. In good reading condition.
