RARE JAHRGANG XII ONLY - a compilation of issues of the "Jüdisches Litteratur-Blatt", a Jewish periodical founded by the German Rabbi and publicist Moritz Rahmer, includes 30 editions from the 12th volume of the periodical, from January 6th 1883 until July 28th 1883. This periodical existed from 1872 until 1894 and appeared as a weekly annex of the important German-Jewish periodical "Israelitische Wochenschrift". 300x230mm. 120 pages. Marbled board rebound Hardcover with cloth spine. Cover lightly stained. Cover edges peeling. Cover corners bumped and worn. Spine stained and browning. Spine edges worn. Library mark on spine and hinges. Library stamp on pages 1 and 117 (not on text!). Page edges worn. Few pages are somewhat or quite torn, however, in most cases there is no paper missing and the text is untouched and/or unharmed by the tears. Pages and text block edges browning. [SUMMARY]: This extremely rare book is in fair condition for its age.
