XIX+201 pages. Brown cloth oblong Hardcover with illustrated dust-jacket. White lettering on cover and spine. Jacket edges slightly worn. Cover edges slightly fading/age-stained. Dedication written in pen on pre-title page (dedicated to Theodor "Teddy" Kollek (1911-2007) - the mayor of Jerusalem from 1965 to 1993 and founder of the Jerusalem Foundation, by Malachi Beit-Arie, Ludwig Jesselson Professor emeritus of Codicology and Paleography).
