Includes the author`s portrait as frontispiece and a culinary calendar. Text in Gothic lettering (Fraktur). Fifth revised edition. 119x169mm. XXI+366 pages. Rebound black Hardcover with black cloth spine. Cover and spine worn. Cover edges and corners, and spine edges worn and peeling. Cover slightly loose from binding. Spine tattered. Spine front hinge cracked. Text block edges yellowing. Color pencil Hebrew inscription on whitepage and title page. Color pencil marks on pages 7-8. Ink inscription on rear whitepage. Several pages corner/s wrinkled. Paper tape between pages XIII+XV. Pages yellowing and age stained. [SUMMARY]: This rare Jewish cookbook has unfortunately sustained some external damage (mostly to cover), but is still in good reading condition.
